In order to improve the dust removal effect of cement plants, what should be paid attention to in air box pulse bag dust collectors?

◆Control the fuel dust content. The stability of the calorific value during the dust removal process directly affects production and the normal operation of the dust removal tower. When the dust content is high, the dust removal standard cannot be met, and when the dust content is low, the dust removal agent is wasted.

◆Improve the operation of the drying kiln. In addition to strong winds, the working conditions of the drying kiln also have another condition, which is positive pressure drying and negative pressure dehumidification. Half the length of the drying kiln should be under positive pressure. Increasing dehumidification means increasing negative pressure, which will cause airflow short circuit. Now let's go back to dust removal. If the flue gas drying process is adopted, the residual air coefficient in the flue gas is very large, which directly affects the conversion of detection data.

◆Adjust the way of stacking the blanks. The method of artificially leaving the longitudinal air duct when stacking the blanks should be changed. The ventilation volume of the air duct is large, which directly affects the detection of data. The error of leaving the air duct can also be confirmed by the residual moisture of the cement blank after drying and the "black heart" after sintering: the residual moisture of the cement blank inside and at the bottom of the cement pile is greater than that on the sides and top layer, and the black heart embossing is serious inside the cement pile. Black heart cement is an unqualified product, and black heart cement is also a taboo for dust removal in cement plants.

◆ Operation of the roasting kiln. Normal sintering does not need to consider the problem of dust, but after online monitoring, the test of the kiln master is not only the cement burning technology, but also how to reduce the dust in the flue gas or a new sintering method that can lay a good foundation for dust removal. This involves a wide range of aspects, from car entry, sealing, fan frequency, gate, gate type, kiln top coal feeding, etc., the dust problem must be taken into account. This is closely related to the kiln type, thermal insulation sealing performance, air duct, wind gate and other facilities of the tunnel kiln. Each kiln is different and the operation method is also different.

◆ Reduce the moisture content of the molding. The drying kiln has only one job, which is to remove the moisture from the cement blank. The task is very simple. If you understand this, you will know that the moisture of the cement blank is not only the focus of the molding process, but also the difficulty of the next process.

◆ Closed drying kiln. The kiln door, kiln car bumper, tunnel kiln sand seal, air duct, etc. are sealed to reduce the interference of external low-temperature wind on drying. These tasks should be done in general operations. When the dust content of flue gas is not detected, as long as the quality of cement can be guaranteed, they are generally not taken seriously, but these "leakage points" should be taken seriously in future operations, because poor sealing will directly affect the flue gas detection data.

◆ Reasonable allocation of raw material particle grading. The purpose of allocation is to adjust the drying sensitivity coefficient and drying sensitivity of the mud material to ensure that the cement blank will not affect the product quality during the rapid dehydration and drying process, and at the same time facilitate sintering.
