The design concept of woodworking workshop dust collector is based on the principle of saving investment as much as possible. ①For the external filter pulse dust collector, the bag skeleton and accessories are very important, good skeleton design and manufacture help the bag dust collector to achieve the performance, and is conducive to the nature of the filter bag, reduce production costs. We design for eight cold-drilled steel wire, manufacturing using skeleton equipment production, skeleton forming the body and welding strength, good verticality, the entire dust skeleton appearance galvanised, smooth, beautiful, and;

② for the hydrophilic properties of wood dust, dust in the presence of moisture content is prone to agglomeration, in the dust collector dust hopper inside the arch into a bridge leading to the blockage phenomenon, we have a vibrator in the dust collector dust hopper design to assist in clearing the dust, to reduce the work of artificial auxiliary clearing of dust;

(iii) In order to facilitate the maintenance and observation of the dust collector, we have designed a glass observation (maintenance) door in the lower part of the dust collector hopper; the system pipeline is connected by flanges between 4-6 metres, and there is a maintenance door about 5 metres away; it is convenient to observe the situation of dust settling inside the pipeline and clean it up;

④ For the operation control of dust collector, we design it as full intelligent integrated chain control, dust collector clearing process, dust collector fan, vibrator and other auxiliary machines are controlled comprehensively, and the control unit is PLC microcontroller; it can be controlled remotely as well as locally, centrally as well as independently;

⑤ For the characteristics of large concentration of wood dust, we adopt gradual airflow channel design for the dust collector, and the airflow is evenly distributed. The airflow organisation is optimised to avoid high speed scouring and abrasion of the local area inside the dust collector. So that the compressed air can blow and filter all the filter bags evenly and improve the overall life of the filter bags.

(6) Unique design of pressure air pipeline, so that the actual consumption of compressed air is greatly reduced. The equipment comes with an air storage cabinet, which meets the need for a large amount of compressed air intermittently, and achieves the purpose of energy saving;

(7) The CV/KV flow coefficient of the pulse valve we designed is more than 30% higher than that of other domestic products of the same specification. The selected electromagnetic pulse valve can provide more than 3 years of service life. Electromagnetic pilot valve is suitable for DC24V voltage, providing simple connection, user-friendly design of connection accessories and installation tools for easy maintenance;

⑧ In the dust collector outlet and fan connection we design for soft connection, in order to bring vibration due to the high speed operation of the fan;

⑨ in the fan's exit is designed with a muffler, in order to reduce the noise generated by the high-speed operation of the fan.
