Wet de-dusting equipment

Wet de-dusting equipment, is the equipment that separates the dust from the flue gas, also called dust collector or de-dusting equipment. Dedusting equipment is the use of underground dedusting water pipes and pressurised air lines, additives added to the water, the introduction of wind pressure, through the equipment, the completion of a series of processes, the production of foam, through the distributor, nozzle holder components sprayed on the dust source.

Functional features

Foam acts on the dust through good covering, wetting and adhering, which reduces the concentration of dust on the mining face, improves the working environment of the mining face, improves the working efficiency of the underground workers, and reduces the incidence of pneumoconiosis of the front-line workers in the mining face.

Compared with other wet dust suppression methods, the water consumption of foam dust suppression can be reduced by 50% to 80%, and the dust suppression efficiency is 3 to 5 times higher than that of water spraying. Foam dust suppression has the following characteristics:

1, the foam can cover the dust source without any gap, fundamentally prevent the dust from spreading out;

2、After the liquid forms the foam, the total volume and total surface area increase greatly, which increases the collision efficiency with the dust and purifies the working environment of the underground mining face;

3、The additives contained in the liquid film of the foam can change the wetting property of the dust and increase the speed of the dust being wetted;

4、Foam has good adhesion, dust and foam will be adhered by foam after contact.

5、Sparks generated by the action of the interceptor teeth of the roadheader and the coal rock, and the resulting gas and coal dust explosion.

6、Small water consumption, avoiding the water mist dust removal water consumption caused by the big sinking of the synthesis digging machine, improve the work efficiency.
