Water-cooled Screw Conveyor

A water-cooled internal screw conveyor comprising a feeding unit, a discharging unit, a cylinder, a cooling unit, a driving unit and a support unit, the feeding unit and the discharging unit being set at the two ends of said cylinder respectively, the driving unit causing the cylinder to rotate about its central axis of symmetry, and the support unit supporting the cylinder, said cylinder comprising an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder, with a length of jacket being set on the outside periphery of the outer cylinder close to the feeding unit, said cooling unit comprising an inlet pipe set in the centre part of the outlet unit, an outlet pipe set in the inner cylinder and connected to the inlet pipe set in the centre part of the inlet unit and connected to said hollow screw blade, and a hollow folding plate or hollow screw blade set in a jacket of said length.

The water-cooled screw conveyor - water-cooled internal screw conveyor comprises a feeding unit, a discharging unit, a cylinder body, a cooling unit, a driving unit and a supporting unit, the feeding unit and the discharging unit are respectively provided at the two ends of the said cylinder body, the driving unit causes the cylinder body to rotate around its central axis of symmetry, and the supporting unit supports the cylinder body, the said cylinder body comprises an outer and an inner cylinder body, and a jacket is provided at a length near to the outer circumference of the outer cylinder body of the feeding unit. Said cooling unit comprises an inlet pipe set in the centre of the discharge unit, a hollow spiral blade set in the inner cylinder and connected to the inlet pipe, an outlet pipe set in the centre of the feed unit and connected to said hollow spiral blade, and a hollow refractory plate or a hollow spiral blade set in a jacket of said length, said hollow refractory plate or hollow spiral blade being connected to the cooling water.
