The working principle of UF type single machine dust collector is shaking to clear the dust. Application scope of UF type single dust collector:

UF type single dust collector is widely used for dust removal in foundry industry, ceramics industry, glass industry, and refractory materials, cement and building materials, grinding wheel manufacturing, chemical products, machining and so on. Working principle of UF type single dust collector:

The dusty gas enters into the dust hopper or dust storage box from the air inlet, and enters into the filter bag through the holes of the flower plate or directly through the holes of the flower plate in three ways. The dusty gas becomes clean gas through the filter bag and enters into the box, then through the exhaust port at the top of the box, and is discharged by the fan. Dust accumulates on the inner surface of the filter bag and increases continuously, so that the resistance of the bag collector rises continuously. When the resistance rises to 1500-2000Pa in order to make the bag dust collector continue to work, need to regular filter bag on the dust.
