Spring Skeleton

Spring skeleton (spring bag cage) is a supporting product for external filter dust collector, it is divided into two kinds of venturi and no venturi, with the expansion and contraction, because the dust collector is limited by the indoor space, there is no space at the top of the dust collector to change the dust skeleton, so it adopts the spring skeleton or (plug) multi-section dust skeleton in the design.

The diameter of spring skeleton is generally less than 130mm, using 5mm diameter steel wire coiled and become, generally after stretching for 35 circles / m, stretch length is generally 1.5M, 2M, 2.5M, after treatment surface galvanised treatment, the spring skeleton design structure is strong, long service life.

Spring skeleton material: low carbon steel wire, galvanised steel wire, stainless steel wire.

Surface treatment: zinc-plated, plastic spraying, treatment, surface silicon spraying and so on.

Application: Widely used in metallurgy, building materials, power generation, chemical industry, food, waste incinerator and other industries.
