Sink flow type cartridge dust collector

Sinking type pulse cartridge dust collector can filter all kinds of dust by applying the principle of dust sinking by gravity and combining with filtration technology. Working Principle:

Dust-containing gas enters the machine from the top of the dust collector, through the deflector plate, part of the dust falls into the dust hopper directly by its own weight, and the other part passes through the filtration of the filter cartridge, the dust is blocked in the outer wall of the filter cartridge, and the clean gas is discharged from the air outlet in the middle of the equipment, equipped with an automatic dust-cleaning device blowing back at regular intervals to blow down the dust attached on the outer wall of the filter cartridge and collect them in the dust hopper, thus the cartridge is long term, and a stable dust-removing effect is achieved.

Performance characteristics:

◇The cartridge side pumping design, change and overhaul directly outside the equipment to complete, convenient maintenance.

◇There is a dust-cleaning device composed of air cylinder, solenoid valve and time control, etc. By blowing back with compressed air, it can shake off the dust adhered to the filter cartridge in a short time. It is in automatic mode, which is convenient for operation. Equipped with pressure regulator and oil-water separator, the dust-cleaning system is stable and operational.

◇Polyester fibre or PTFE coated cartridges, providing customers with flexible and wide choices.

◇The deflector plate guides the airflow to settle and prevents the dust from directly hitting the filter cartridge, which prolongs the service life of the filter cartridge.

◇Differential pressure gauge can easily grasp the dust accumulation status of the filter.
