Working Principle
The right-angle electromagnetic pulse valve is characterised by the air inlet and outlet pipes of the valve being at a right angle of 90 degrees. The diaphragm inside the valve divides the pulse valve into two chambers, the high pressure gas from the air inlet access, into the lower chamber, when the pulse valve is not powered, the gas through the upper and lower two shells of the constant pressure pipeline as well as one of the throttling holes into the decompression chamber, due to the spool in the spring under the action of the blocking of the pressure relief holes, the gas will not be discharged, so that the decompression chamber and the lower chamber of the pressure is the same, and the role of the spring, the diaphragm will be the blowing mouth blocked, gas The gas will not be flushed out. When the pulse valve is electrified, the valve core lifts up under the action of electromagnetic force, the pressure relief hole opens, and the gas is sprayed out. Due to the action of the constant pressure pipeline throttling holes, the outflow speed of the pressure relief hole is greater than the inflow speed of the gas in the pressure reducing room constant pressure pipeline, so that the pressure in the pressure reducing room is lower than that of the lower gas chamber, and the gas in the lower gas chamber lifts up the diaphragm and opens the blowing port, and the pressure in the decompression chamber is the same as that in the lower gas chamber.
