Pulse dust collector is a new type of pulse dust collector improved on the basis of MC-I type. It has the advantages of purification, large processing capacity, stable performance, long bag life, convenient operation and small maintenance workload.
Pulse dust catcher is a new type of pulse dust catcher which is improved on the basis of bag type dust catcher. It combines the advantages of various kinds of pulse spraying dust catcher, overcomes the shortcomings of insufficient cleaning strength of the chamber and uneven distribution of the inlet and outlet winds, and enlarges the scope of application.
Pulse dust collector is when the dusty gas enters into the dust collector from the air inlet, and touches the inclined plate and baffle plate in the middle of the air inlet and outlet first, then the gas flow will turn to flow into the grey hopper, and at the same time, the gas flow slows down, and due to the inertial effect, the coarse particles of dust in the gas flow into the grey hopper directly. Pre-collection of dust, into the dust hopper of the gas flow followed by folding and up through the interior equipped with a metal skeleton of the filter bag dust is arrested in the outer surface of the filter bag, after purification of the gas into the filter bag room clean room, convergence to the outlet discharge, dusty gas purification process through the filter bag, with the increase in time and the accumulation of dust attached to the filter bag more and more to increase the resistance of the filter bag, resulting in the processing of air volume gradually reduced for the normal operation, to control the resistance of the air volume of the filter bag to the filter bag. Working Principle
Pulse dust collector refers to the method of removing the dust attached to the filter medium (bag or filter cartridge) by blowing compressed air; according to the size of the dust collector, there may be several sets of pulse valves, controlled by the pulse controller or PLC, each time a set of pulse valves are opened to remove the dust of the part of the bag or cartridge that is controlled by it, and the other bag or cartridge works normally, after a period of time, the next set of pulse valves are opened to clean up the next part of the dust collector, which consists of the dust hopper, the dust chamber, the dust filter cartridge, the dust collector and the dust collector. A part of dust collector is composed of dust hopper, upper box, middle box, lower box, etc. The upper, middle and lower boxes are divided into chambers. When working, the dusty gas enters into the dust hopper from the inlet duct, the coarse dust particles fall into the bottom of the dust hopper directly, the fine dust particles enter into the middle and lower box with the airflow turning upwards, the dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag, the filtered gas enters into the upper box to the clean gas collection pipe - exhaust duct, and then discharged to the atmosphere by the exhaust fan. Cleaning process is to cut off the clean gas outlet duct of the room first, so that the bag in the room is in the state of no airflow through the state (room air cleaning). Then open the pulse valve with compressed air pulse blowing cleaning, cut off the valve closure time is enough in the blowing from the filter bag on the stripping of dust settling to the dust hopper, to avoid the dust in the surface of the filter bag from the filter bag and then with the airflow attached to the neighbouring filter bag surface of the phenomenon of the dust bag cleaning, and by the programmable programmable control instrument on the exhaust valve, the pulse valve and the ash removal valve, etc., for fully automatic control. The dusty gas enters from the air inlet, and when it passes through the grey hopper, some of the large particles of dust in the gas are separated by inertial force and gravity, and fall into the bottom of the grey hopper directly. The dusty gas passes through the dust hopper and enters the filter bag filtration area in the middle box, the gas passes through the filter bag, the dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters into the upper box through the filter bag mouth, and then discharged from the air outlet.
