1、The filter cartridge adopts polyester fibre as the filter material, a layer of sub-micron grade ultra-thin fibre is adhered to the general filter material, and the arrangement of fibres on the adhering layer is very close, and the sieve holes can block most of the sub-micron grade dust particles on the surface of the filter material;
2、Folding and pleating of the filter material can increase the filtering area and make the structure of the dust collector compact;
The height of filter cylinder is small, so the installation and maintenance workload is small;
Compared with dust collector of the same volume, the filtering area is relatively large, the filtering wind speed is small, and the resistance is not large;
5、Dust catcher adopts pulse blowing online dust cleaning method. The cleaning process is automatically controlled by the pulse controller, and the user can use the time control method to clean the dust according to the need. The dust collector is equipped with several filter cartridges to increase its filtering area, when a (pair of) cartridges meets the set requirements for dust cleaning, the blowing device will be started to clean the dust, and the other cartridges will work normally, which not only achieves the effect of dust cleaning but also does not affect the operation of the equipment, so that the dust collector can be operated continuously;

Working principle
Pulse cartridge dust collector is equipped with air inlet, cartridge, air outlet, air bag, pulse controller, pulse blowing valve, blowing pipe, etc. The cartridge is made of polyester fibre folded and rolled, its lower end is closed, and the centre of the upper end is directly opposite to the lower mouth of the blowing pipe. Dust-containing gas from the air inlet into the cartridge dust collector, the airflow speed is slowed down, the coarse particles from the airflow settlement to the dust collection chamber, fine dust with the airflow through the filter cartridge is blocked on the outside surface of the cartridge, clean gas discharged by the air outlet; when the cartridge surface grey layer is thicker, the pulse controller sends out a directive to open the blowing valve, the compressed air in the gas bag through the blowing tube high-speed spray, while inducing several times the amount of spray air around the air into the cartridge, and from the inside to the blowing tube, and so on. At the same time, it induces the surrounding air, which is several times of the volume of jet air, to enter the filter cartridge and shoot out from the inside to the outside, blowing the dust on the outer surface of the filter cartridge down into the dust collection room, and then discharged out of the dust hopper.
