   Working principle of pulse bag filter

   Pulse bag filter consists of dust hopper, upper box, middle box, lower box, etc. The upper, middle and lower boxes are divided into chambers. When working, the dusty gas enters into the dust hopper from the inlet duct, the coarse dust particles fall into the bottom of the dust hopper directly, the fine dust particles enter into the middle and lower box with the airflow turning upwards, the dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag, the filtered gas enters into the upper box to the clean gas collection pipe - exhaust duct, and then discharged to the atmosphere by the exhaust fan. Cleaning process is to cut off the clean gas outlet duct of the room first, so that the bag in the room is in the state of no airflow through the state (room air cleaning). Then open the pulse valve with compressed air pulse blowing cleaning, cut off the valve closure time is enough in the blowing from the filter bag on the stripping of dust settling to the dust hopper, to avoid the dust in the surface of the filter bag from the filter bag and then with the airflow attached to the neighbouring filter bag surface of the phenomenon of the dust bag cleaning, and by the programmable programmable control instrument on the exhaust valve, the pulse valve and the ash removal valve, etc., for fully automatic control.

Features of pulse bag dust collector

1、 Pulse bag dust collector adopts the technology of clearing the dust by pulse blowing in a separate chamber and stopping the wind, which overcomes the shortcomings of the conventional pulse dust collector and the separate chamber reverse blowing dust collector, clearing the dust, removing the dust, with low concentration of emission, small air leakage rate, less energy consumption, less steel consumption, less occupying area, stable operation, and good economic benefits. The filter bag keel adopts polygonal shape, which reduces the friction between the bag and the keel, prolongs the life of the bag, and facilitates the unloading of the bag.

4、Using the upper part of the bag extraction method, after extracting the skeleton when replacing the bag, the dirty bag is put into the grey hopper in the lower part of the box, and taken out by the manhole, which makes it easy to change the bag operation conditions.

5、The box adopts airtight design with good sealing, the inspection door is made of excellent sealing material, and the leakage rate is very low due to paraffin leakage check during the production process.

6、Inlet and outlet ducts are compactly arranged, with small airflow resistance.
