Pulse bag filter equipment, is the equipment that separates the dust from the flue gas is called dust collector or dust removal equipment.
The performance of a dust collector is expressed in terms of the amount of gas that can be handled, the resistance loss when the gas passes through the dust collector, and the dust removal efficiency. At the same time, the price of the dust collector, the operation and maintenance cost, the length of service life and the difficulty of operation and management are also important factors to consider its performance. Usage:Dust collectors are commonly used in boilers and industrial production.
Classification
Dust collectors are classified into the following five categories according to their functioning principles.
(1)Mechanical force dust collector including gravity dust collector, inertia dust collector, centrifugal dust collector and so on.
(2) Scrubbing dust collector including water bath dust collector, foam dust collector, venturi dust collector, water film dust collector and so on.
(3) Filter dust collector including bag dust collector and particle layer dust collector, etc.
(4) Electrostatic precipitator.
(5) Magnetic dust collector.
Now more used in the industry is the bag filter. (fabric filter )
Bag filter technology.
Definition: the use of filter bags for filtration and dust removal technology.
Material of filter bag: fibre, chemical synthetic fibre, glass fibre, metal fibre.
Form:Gas from the outside to the inside of the filter bag, dust on the outside surface of the filter bag.
Gas from the inside to the outside of the filter bag, dust in the inner surface of the filter bag
In 1957, pulse bag filter was introduced.
