Silicon dusting skeleton is a power plant desulfurisation dusting skeleton, the product is made of carbon steel or stainless steel wire with sufficient strength, and is welded into shape using equipment, the silicon dusting skeleton is galvanised on the surface to prevent rust after welding, and the machine silicon dusting skeleton is widely used in high-temperature and highly corrosive environments.

Production process

1. Immerse the processed bag cage into the degreasing tank for 15 minutes to remove the oil on the surface of the cage. 2.

2. Take out the cage from the degreasing tank and put it into the cleaning tank for soaking and cleaning, in order to remove the degreasing agent on the cage.

3. take out the cage from the cleaning tank and put it into the descaling tank for descaling, the purpose is to remove the metal oxidised layer on the cage and enhance the adsorption force.

4. take out the cage bone from the rust removing tank and put it into the phosphating tank for phosphating treatment, in order to enhance the adhesion on the surface of the bag cage.

5. put the treated bag cage into the oven, the temperature is set to $2100 ℃, for 20-30 minutes of drying, the purpose of removing the water on the bag cage, to keep the body of the bag cage dry.

6. Remove the bag cage and evenly spray the modulated silicon on the surface of the bag cage. The thickness of the coating is 60μm~100μm.

7. Place the sprayed bag cage into an oven at a temperature of $2220°C for 120 minutes. After that, keep the temperature at $2200℃ for 30 minutes for heat setting. Cool the bag cage naturally, that is the completion of the bag cage silicon spraying process.

8. Strong silicon adhesion with a thickness of 60-70μm.
