METAMAX Needled Felt/METAMAX Dust Bag can be operated continuously at 204℃ (instantaneous temperature of 250℃) and can withstand repeated fluctuations in temperature of 250℃ instantly, meanwhile, it has outstanding dimensional stability, and the thermal shrinkage is only less than 1% under the temperature of 250℃, and it is stable at high temperature. Therefore, it can be used for dust removal and purification in high temperature environment such as smelting plant, carbon black plant, blast furnace gas of iron smelting plant, kiln tail gas of calcium carbide plant, flue gas of foundry and steel plant, tail gas of cement kiln, asphalt flue gas of asphalt concrete mixing, coal-fired boiler, and so on. In addition, METAMAX fibre has good dimensional stability. Compared with glass fibre, its sex, folding resistance is the glass fibre. Therefore, it has a long service life. Good chemical resistance in low concentrations of acids and alkalis and most hydrocarbons will not affect it, even if a small amount of fluoride will not significantly corrode it.
