The submerged electromagnetic pulse valve is the compressed air ‘switch’ of pulse bag filter cleaning and blowing system. It is controlled by the output signal of the pulse blowing controller, blowing the filter bags row by row (room by room), so that the pressure of the bag filter is kept within the set range, in order to deal with the capacity of the dust collector and the efficiency of the dust collector.

Structure

Electromagnetic pulse valve consists of solenoid valve, small valve body, large valve body, small diaphragm, spring, large diaphragm, the material of valve body is aluminium alloy.

Working principle

When the pulse electromagnetic pulse valve is not powered, the gas enters the decompression chamber through the constant pressure pipeline of the upper and lower shells and the throttle holes therein, the gas will not be discharged due to the valve core blocking the pressure relief holes under the action of the spring so that the pressure of the decompression chamber and the pressure of the gas bag is the same, and under the action of the spring, the diaphragm blocks the blowing port and the gas will not be flushed out. 2, when the pulse valve is powered, the valve core lifts upward under the action of the electromagnetism, the pressure relief holes open, and the gas is sprayed out, and the gas is not flushed out due to the constant pressure pipeline and the throttle holes therein. When the pulse valve is electrified, the valve spool lifts up under the action of electromagnetism, the pressure relief hole opens, and the gas is sprayed out. Due to the action of the constant pressure pipe throttling hole, the outflow speed of the pressure relief hole is greater than the inflow speed of the constant pressure pipe gas in the pressure reducing chamber, which makes the pressure of the gas bag lower than that of the lower gas chamber, and the gas of the gas bag tops up the diaphragm, opens the blowing mouth, and blows into the body.
