Electromagnetic pulse valve refers to a diaphragm valve that is controlled by a pilot valve such as electromagnetic or pneumatic, and can open and close a high-pressure gas source in an instant to generate pulses.

Role of solenoid pulse valve.

It is to control the size of oil pressure in the oil circuit. Generally installed in the main oil circuit or damper back pressure oil circuit, in order to reduce the oil pressure impact when shifting gears and locking and unlocking, so that the equipment operation to maintain a smooth state.

According to the angle of the valve inlet and outlet and the form of air inlet can be divided into three kinds.

a) Right-angle electromagnetic pulse valve: the valve body inlet and outlet at right angles, directly controlled by the electrical signal diaphragm valve.

b) Straight-through electromagnetic pulse valve: the valve body inlet and outlet into 180 degrees, directly by the electrical signal control of the diaphragm valve.

c) Submerged electromagnetic pulse valve: valve body inlet submerged in the air bag, directly by the electrical signal control of the diaphragm valve.

In addition to the conventional three solenoid valves, there is a rotary blowing with a large diameter ultra-low pressure electromagnetic pulse valve.

Working Principle

Diaphragm electromagnetic pulse valve is divided into the front and back of the two air chamber, when connected to the compressed air through the throttle hole into the back of the air chamber, the pressure of the back of the air chamber will be the diaphragm close to the valve's output port, the electromagnetic pulse valve is in a ‘closed’ state. Pulse blowing control instrument signal disappears, electromagnetic pulse valve armature reset, after the air chamber bleed hole closed, after the air chamber pressure rises so that the diaphragm close to the valve outlet, electromagnetic pulse valve is in the ‘off’ state.
