Working principle 

(1) Pre-separation: The dusty gas discharged from the kiln enters the inlet pipe in the centre of the dust collector through the flue, and enters into each bag room of the dust collector uniformly above the centre of the dust hopper under the negative pressure produced by the induced draft fan of the dust collector system, and the coarse particles of dust in the dusty flue gas fall into the dust hopper directly due to the obstruction by the deflector plate and the effect of their own gravity to complete the pre-separation of the dust.

(2) Filtration: The dusty gas enters into the filter bag through the holes of the flower plate, the dust is retained on the inner surface of the filter bag, and the dusty gas is filtered and purified by the filter bag, the purified gas enters into the bag room, and then through the lifting and switching valves, the exhaust channel and the outlet pipeline, and is discharged into the atmosphere by the exhaust fan. The dust collector is a top air outlet, negative pressure operation of internal filter dust collector. The dust cleaning method can be divided into two methods: fixed time and fixed resistance. The following measures are taken in the dust collector system:

(a) Insulation measures should be taken in the inlet pipe, body and dust hopper of the dust collector to prevent dew condensation of the dust collector.

(ii) Temperature detection and automatic alarm devices are installed at the air inlet and exhaust of the dust collector, and a cold air entry device is installed at the air inlet. Once the flue gas exceeds the temperature range of the bag dust collector, the alarm will occur and temperature control measures will be taken automatically to prevent the operation of the dust collector.

(iii) Electric heating and vibration devices are installed on the ash hopper to avoid the problem of strong dust accumulation due to low temperature.
