Boiler bag filter is the dust gas from the guide pipe into each unit of the ash hopper, in the ash hopper under the guidance of the guide system of large particles of dust separation directly into the ash hopper, the rest of the dust with the airflow into the filter area in the box, the filtered clean gas through the filter bag, through the upper box, lifting the valve, the exhaust pipe discharge. With the filtration, when the dust gathered on the surface of the filter bag reaches the amount, the dust removal control device according to the set procedure to close the lift valve, open the electromagnetic pulse valve blowing, shaking off the dust on the filter bag, falling into the dust hopper through the ash removal valve discharge.

Installation points of boiler bag filter
(1) Gravity settling effect - dusty gas into the bag filter, particles of large, specific weight of the dust, under the action of gravity settling down, which is the same as the role of the settling room.
(2) Filtering role - when the dust particles diameter than the fibre of the filter media gap between the fibres or dust on the filter media gap is large, dust in the gas flow through that is blocked to stay, which is known as the role of sieve filter. When the filter media on the accumulation of dust increased, this role is more significant up.
(3) the role of inertia - gas flow filter media, can be around the fibre and over, and the larger dust particles zai inertia under the action of the force, still according to the original direction of movement, and then collided with the filter media and was captured.
(4) the role of thermal movement - lightweight small dust (1 micron or less), with the movement of the airflow, very close to the airflow streamline, can bypass the fibre. But they are subject to thermal movement (i.e., Brownian motion) of the gas molecules after the collision, it will change the direction of the original movement, which increases the dust and fibre contact opportunities, so that the dust can be captured. When the diameter of the filter media fibres is finer, the smaller the void rate, the higher the capture rate, so the more conducive to dust removal.
