The air box pulse dust collector is a bag type dust collector with level, which combines the advantages of chamber reverse and blowing pulse bag type dust collector, and overcomes the defects of insufficient kinetic energy of clearing of chamber reverse and simultaneous clearing and filtration of blowing pulse, and enlarges the scope of application of bag type dust collector.

Working principle

1、Filtering principle:

The dusty gas enters from the powder air inlet and passes through the grey hopper, so that some of the large particles of dust in the gas are separated by inertial force and fall into the grey hopper directly. The dusty gas passes through the grey hopper and enters the filter bag filtration area in the middle box, the gas passes through the filter bag, and the dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters into the upper box through the mouth of the filter bag and is discharged from the air outlet.

2, the principle of ash removal:

With the prolongation of filtration time, the dust layer on the filter bag is constantly thickening, the dust removal equipment resistance is rising, when the equipment resistance rises to the set value, the dust removal device starts to clear the dust.   First, a compartment lift valve closed, the filter airflow cut off, and then electromagnetic pulse valve open, compressed air to promote the time in the upper box body expansion, surging into the filter bag, so that the filter bag expansion and deformation of vibration, and in the reverse airflow under the action of scouring, adhering to the outer surface of the filter bag on the dust is peeled off and fall into the dust hopper. Cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, the lift valve is opened, and the room is restored to the state of filtration. Cleaning the dust each room in turn.

3、Dust collection:

The dust intercepted by the filtration and dust cleaning fall into the dust hopper, and then discharged by the mouth of the dust hopper centrally.
