Air Box Pulse Bag Dust Collector

Air box pulse bag filter, belongs to one kind of bag filter. The air box pulse bag filter is used to clear the dust in separate boxes and chambers. When clearing the dust, it is isolated box by box, taking turns. The pulse and dust-cleaning cycle of each chamber is carried out automatically and continuously by the dust-cleaning programme controller (PLC) according to the pre-set procedure, thus achieving the effect of compressed air dust-cleaning.

Working Principle

The body of air box pulse bag filter is separated into several boxes, each box has 32, 64, 96 filter bags, etc. There is a lifting valve driven by a cylinder on the outlet pipe at the side of each box. When the dust collector is filtering the dusty gas, the controller will send out a signal, and the lifting valve of the box chamber will start to close to cut off the filtering airflow; then the pulse valve of the box chamber opens, and the compressed air with more than 0.4MPa rushes into the clean air chamber, and the dust on the filter bag; when this action is completed, the lifting valve reopens, so that this box chamber carries on the filtering work again, and completes the whole dust-cleaning action according to the above procedure one by one.
